The machine is a kind of direct mixing, mixing and squeezing of feed and feed additives, veterinary drugs such as Methionine, Threonine, Valine, Betaine, and Bacillus sulfate. The granulator is pressed into pellets. It does not need to add any binder during the granulation process, and the particle size is adjustable. It is the granulation equipment with the highest throughput and the lowest energy consumption in all granulation machinery forms. It is widely used in granulation equipment. Chemical powder, metallurgical powder, pharmaceutical and pharmaceutical intermediate powder, fertilizer, food additive, magnetic powder, battery powder and other industries, the company has carried out in-depth research and development of the equipment from the perspective of energy conservation, environmental protection and automation for many years and absorbed foreign design concepts. We have developed various types of dry powder granulation equipment for different materials. We have a complete set of experimental equipment to provide reasonable solutions according to customer requirements and material characteristics.

Technical Parameter

The difference between GZL series dry granulator and GZL-M series dry granulator is as follows:

GZL series: Dry powder materials are spirally pressed into the gaps between the double rollers, which are fixed vertically. Then the materials will come out in the form of slices from the other side of the double rollers before they are crushed, reorganized, screened and packed.

GZL-M series: Dry materials are directly fed into the gaps between the double rollers without being spirally pressed. The double rollers are fixed horizontally. Then the materials will come out as slices from under the double rollers before they are crushed, reorganized, screened and packed.
